Invitation to Rededicate Your Life to Christ

Dear Beloved Church Family,

As we gather in worship and fellowship, we are reminded of the boundless love and grace of our Savior, Jesus Christ. His sacrifice on the cross has paved the way for our redemption, forgiveness, and eternal life. Today, we extend a heartfelt invitation to each one of you—both new and returning members—to rededicate your lives to Him.

Stage 1

God loves you and has a good plan for your future no matter the mistakes you have committed in the past.
The Bible says, “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.” John 3:16 (NKJV).

Jesus said, “…………… I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly” (John 10:10b NKJV) He has promised us in His Word, a complete life full of purpose.
The Bible also says in Jeremiah 29:11 “For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the LORD, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope. (NKJV).

Stage 2

What is the problem?
Man is sinful and is separated from God who is Holy.
God is Holy and cannot behold iniquity “Speak to all the congregation of the children of Israel, and say to them: ‘You shall be holy, for I the LORD your God Am Holy. (Leviticus 19;2 (NKJV).
We have all done, thought or said bad things, which the Bible calls “sin.” The Bible says, “for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God,”
Romans 3:23 (NKJV).

The result of sin is death, which is spiritual separation from God (“For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.” Romans 6:23 (NKJV).

The good news?

Stage 3

God’s solution to the problem created by sin.
God sent His Son to die for your sins!
Jesus died in our place so that we could have a relationship with God and be with Him forever. i.e. reconciled with God.

“But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.” Romans 5:8 (NKJV).

But everything didn’t end with His death on the cross. He rose again three days after His death and still lives! “………….. that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, and that He was buried, and that He rose again the third day according to the Scriptures,” 1 Corinthians 15:3-4 (NKJV).

Jesus Christ is the only way to God. Jesus said, “……. “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.” John 14:6 (NKJV).

Stage 4

Would you like to receive God’s forgiveness and know how to receive the gift of salvation?
It all starts by calling upon the name of the Lord. Romans 10:13 says, “For “whoever calls on the name of the LORD shall be saved.” (NKJV).
By confessing with your own mouth. Romans 10:9 says “that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.” (NKJV).

We can’t earn salvation; we are saved by God’s grace when we have faith in His Son, Jesus Christ. (Ephesians 2:8 says: For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, (NKJV). All you have to do is believe that you are a sinner, that Christ died for your sins, and ask His forgiveness. Then turn away from your sins—that is called repentance. Jesus Christ knows you and loves you. What matters to Him is the attitude of your heart, your honesty. Right now, He is knocking at the door of your heart and all you have to do is to allow Him in. (Revelation 3:20 says: “Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and dine with him, and he with Me. (NKJV).

We suggest that you pray the prayer below to accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Saviour.

SUGGESTED SALVATION PRAYER
“Heavenly Father, I know that I’m a sinner, and I ask for your forgiveness. I believe in my heart that Jesus Christ is Your Son. I believe that He came to this World and died for my sins and that you raised Him to life. I want to trust Him as my Saviour and follow Him as Lord, from this day forward. Remove my name from the Book of Death and write it in the Book of Life. Holy Spirit, guide my life and help me to do your will. I pray this in the name of Jesus. Amen.”
